MARIANA's Gourmet Cooking Classes will discuss how to purchase, portion, and prepare gourmet, home-style, delicious meals.
Each attendee will receive recipe cards and hand-outs at the end of each class.

MARIANA's Cooking Classes are voluntary hands-on, and instructional on how to prepare each meal. The class will conclude with a sit-down meal of the evening’s menu. Each participant will acquire the knowledge and skills to correctly portion meals to a specified criteria, and to create home-style, delicious meals at home. |

MARIANA's cooking classes will run for approximately two hours and will include a full course meal. The cost of the instructional, hands-on class with recipe cards, hand-outs and meal is $65. Class size is limited.
